The users may terminate their accounts any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on Service Industry Social. That termination will only result in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all the personal data granted to Service Industry Social.
Service Industry Social reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if Service Industry Social believes that you have breached any of these terms, furnished Service Industry Social with false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the website or the service by others.
Transactions, payments and services within the platform will be made through credit/debit card and “PayPal” (payment platform available at Service Industry Social). When a user makes a transaction, Service Industry Social will send an email to confirm the transaction. This confirmation email will be produced automatically so that the user has confirmation of the transaction and purchase of the service.
The payment will be charged to the credit/debit card or “PayPal” account immediately after the corresponding payment is made. When processing a transaction, we will issue an electronic transaction receipt that will be sent to the email address you provide.

The services of Service Industry Social are limited to providing the platform to publish such services and businesses. Service Industry Social is not responsible at any time for the products, services and contents offered by the users through the listings available on the website.
Service Industry Social makes no representation as to the accuracy, security or legality of the services, businesses or content published in Service Industry Social by users through the listings. Service Industry Social does not represent the business or services of the registered users. The purchase of products and services offered in the listings available on the website is at your own risk and responsibility.
Disputes arising between users shall be resolved by the users themselves. Service Industry Social does not accept any claims in relation to the services and content published on the website by the users.
Service Industry Social is not responsible for any damage to the physical or moral integrity of people, such as injuries, death or any other moral damage such as threats, insults and slander that could fall on a natural person, as a result of the communications established in the Service Industry Social website.
